"There are some good people who work at the Home Office, but there are an awful large number, way, way too many civil servants who are not just useless. "Useless implies no added value, but [they are] actually hugely detrimental to this country. "It's a disgrace. "And so what I said was, this is yet another reason to vote Reform.
