If the police tell you to get out of your car, you get out of your car," Mr Doescher said."If you don't do that, the police have no choice but to assume you have another motive. A sinister motive... against them. They have families at home too."So many times, police say: 'Get out of the car'. They give some levity and then people pull out a gun and shoot the police officer.
